The Enabling Technology practice includes 18 consultants in 4 divisions to maintain their focus and organize their influence. In real life one can not draw clear lines of segregation between those divisions since they are all inter-dependents and each division has access to use resources and experiences from other divisions.

1. ERP Implementation:

KPMG Hazem Hassan has a team of 9 functional and 4 technical consultants providing services around ERP solutions in different industries.

Our extensive experience in assessing, planning, evaluating, selecting and implementing ERPs proved that we can expedite the process, improve the overall quality and reduce the risk of selection problems and implementation delays.

2. IT strategy & Business Intelligence:

  • Software assessment, security procedures, disaster recovery plans etc.

  • Hardware assessment.

  • Setting IT strategy.

  • Software selection.

  • Definition of software requirements and specifications (based on the Business Process division).

3. Business processes :

  • Change Management

  • Mapping client current business process.

  • Setting the manual procedures around the ERPs.

  • Setting the coding structure for master database tables (chart of accounts / cost centers etc. ) for ERPs.
